In case the car is stolen, the customer is obliged to return the original key, which he received at the conclusion of the car lease contract, otherwise the customer pays the full value of the car.
We offer evacuation assistance 24/7 in the following situations: free of charge if the car becomes technically unmovable due to a defect or if it is the fault of a third party, with the obligation to present documents to ascertain the faults from the competent bodies, in such cases it is replaced free car on a similar one. For a fee if the car becomes impassable due to the driver, by driving off public roads, by improper use of the rented car, or the inability to present evidence of damage to the Police.
